Stafford, VA (October 21, 2022)- Trewon Technologies, LLC (Trewon) announces that it has been awarded the Teacher Shortage Areas Nationwide Database Call Order by the Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education.
The Teacher Shortage Areas (TSA) Nationwide Database is a reference tool supported by the Office of Postsecondary Education, that reveals where states and schools are looking to potentially hire faculty in specific subject area, grade levels, and regions. In addition, the system supports teaching professionals by finding prospective roles that match their credentials, filling state classroom voids in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Trewon currently supports the Department of Education Of with similar work, supporting the Higher Education Act Title II Accountability which provides policy makers and educators with insight into the K-12 teacher pipeline. Trewon will support the TSA project by maintaining the database, supporting the collection of data, and offering cybersecurity management.
