Evaluation

Backed by decades of experience, Trewon supports clients with a full suite of evaluation services that support national to local programs.

Formative, Process, & Impact Evaluation Design

Our researchers support clients by providing the appropriate design to measure and successfully tell their program’s story no matter the stage it is in. We have a reputation of helping programs optimize resources, identify potential and current barriers to success, and ensure rigorous plans are designed whether it is a developing program, in the process of implementation, or completed.

Logic Models

Trewon develops logic models for large and small evaluation projects to help direct the development of evaluation instruments, ensure appropriate strategies and resources are employed effectively, and track achievement of projected short, intermediate, and long term outcomes.

Community-Based Participatory Research

We bring over two decades of experience conducting culturally relevant research and evaluation that directly engage community stakeholders in the process. This collaborative approach, coupled with our rigorous scientific practice, is a hallmark of our community work.

Mixed Method Approach

Our research team brings a sterling record of using a mixed method approach in evaluation to triangulate primary and secondary quantitative findings with qualitative data to validate our findings and to understand the full impact of a program.

Quasi-Experimental Design

Trewon staff work with clients to develop the best study design when nonequivalent controls are unavailable or challenging to conduct in a field situation. We have used removed treatment with pretest and posttest and regression-discontinuity designs which afford us methods that can provide reasonable estimates of effect.
