About the Contract

POLARIS is a governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC) that allows federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, to procure customized IT services and solutions. It features four set-aside pools Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. POLARIS supports fixed price, cost reimbursement, labor hour, and time and materials orders, with a five-year base period and a five year option. The contract’s scope covers services such as AI, robotic process automation, IT operations, cybersecurity, software development, systems design, and blockchain. 

Trewon was awarded the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) POLARIS contract.

Trewon is committed to environmental stewardship and compliance with applicable sustainability requirements. In the event that electronic hardware is procured as ancillary equipment under any Polaris Master Contract task order, Trewon confirms that all such products and equipment provided will meet or exceed the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) Bronze Level global eco-label standard.
